How It Works

A structured path from repetitive work to a working AI agent.

Introducing AI into live operations should feel considered, not experimental. Every engagement follows the same six stages, and you know what's happening at each one.

01

Discover

Understand the business, the team and the work that keeps repeating.

We start with how your business actually runs: who does what, which systems are involved, and which tasks consume time without needing much judgement. This includes talking to the people doing the work, not only those managing it.

02

Analyse

Map the existing workflow and identify where time and information are lost.

We document the real current-state process — including the informal workarounds that rarely appear in any procedure. That gives an honest baseline, and shows where an agent would genuinely help rather than simply add another tool.

03

Design

Define what the agent handles, what it connects to, and where people stay in control.

Before anything is built we agree the scope: the business rules the agent follows, the systems it needs access to, how exceptions are handled, and which decisions stay with your team. Approvals and judgement remain human wherever that is the right call.

04

Build & Connect

Build the agent and integrate it with the systems your team already uses.

The agent is built against the agreed design and connected to the relevant platforms, so it works inside your existing operation rather than becoming a separate tool someone has to remember to check.

05

Test & Deploy

Test against real cases and exceptions before introducing it to live operations.

We test with real examples, including the awkward ones, and review how the agent behaves when information is missing or unusual. Rollout is staged where possible, so behaviour can be validated before the agent takes on more.

06

Optimise

Monitor how the agent performs and improve it as requirements change.

Once live, we review how the agent is handling real work, where it escalates, and where it could do more. Operations evolve, and an agent should be adjusted as they do rather than left to drift.

Before anything is built

We don't simply switch on an AI tool.

Deploying an agent into a process nobody has properly examined is how automation ends up creating more work than it saves. So we establish what the work really involves first, and agree the scope with you before building anything.

Get Started

The first step is simply a conversation.

Tell us about one process that feels repetitive. We'll look at how it works today and whether an AI worker is a sensible fit.
